“Imagine that you have moved to a new state and bought a home there that seemed to the perfect one for your family. Then, you attach a hose and open an outdoor water spigot to wash your car and the next thing you know there is a loud sound of water spraying around your attic and then you see it coming down through the walls in the garage, through light fixtures, through the door, etc., before we found the cutoff valve to stop the water in rush.
