Our remodeling and restoration experience with WTR was very favorable. WTR provided a detailed Estimate which described all the work flows and tasks the contractor was planning to perform. The Estimate also clarified the roles of its subcontractors and our roles as the Owner. Brent and the team the suggested numerous ways of reducing the cost and improving the quality of the end product with a strong focus on cost containment and reduction. Quality work from all trades. Fast and reliable. Very easy to work with. Was able to help us with the insurance process as well. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Brent and Jennifer along with their team did an excellent job upgrading our master bath to be handicapped accessible. In addition to the master bath we retiled two other bathrooms and did a repair to a water damaged wood floor in our dining room. The price was excellent and the workmanship superb. Brent provided a very detailed bid so you will know exactly what you are paying for when you start the project.
