“I can’t give adequate praise to this phenomenal clinic and its staff. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional, and they treat patients like friends and family. It’s donation-suggested payment ($10 is typical), but nothing is required.
Jesse, one of the main nurses, is fantastic. He asks all the right questions to figure out symptoms and ailments and then the staff formulates a course of tests and treatment options. Because it affiliated with a church, Watermark, they offer prayer, free bibles, and information about the church, but in a very subtle and respectful way. It’s a heartwarming approach to medical care.
Again, I can’t recommend this this place enough!“

“On 9/30/24, I went to urgent Care for shortness of breath. Doctor Richard Offenback didn't offer a breathing treatment and told me to go home and continue to use my nebulizer. I had a very hard time trying to breathe, so I ended up in the hospital that day. I have never had an experience like this. The Nurse Practitioner that I have seen before did all they could to make sure that I was feeling better and breathing better. Some people just don't care.“

“This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at an urgent care before. I went midday and the team was so helpful and honestly made the experience so much better. Janea, the receptionist helped with all of my needs & made sure all my questions were answered. Michael, the doctor, was quick and knowledgeable—very helpful. Austin and Clint were very patient with me and understanding. Anytime I need to go back to the urgent care, this is definitely the one I’ll be visiting. “I wanted to gather my thoughts before I left this review . Overall I give parkland a 4 star rating, my experience in urgent care from checking in registration and talking with the nurse was excellent. Until the provider that worked the morning shift came in which was a male. Im not going to disclose his name. I’m sure he knows his job and been at it for along time . What I did not like about our all of 5 minute visit, it was debating. I feel he should have took a more caring approach and also reassuring at the same time listening to me because I suffer for the same things yr round. I felt a lot of arrogance from him not compassion. Parkland have the best providers , I would like to see more being patient and better service from the ones that want to rush and clear the lobby . I worked in healthcare so I understand that everything is time and money and that’s any job. Customer care and service goes along way and you never know who’s watching you. I hope this feedback helps because I appreciate you guys but it needs to be shown from all the health professionals day in and out.“
