“The representative who answered the phone was very helpful and honest.There was a short wait in the office even though I checked in and registered online and had to sign a paper, but it wasn’t bad, just basic information.I liked the doctor helping me, Ms. Nguyen. She was so sweet, made sure I was comfortable, and took her time with me even to explain any additional questions I had.Hopefully not anytime soon lol but if I ever need to go to urgent care again I would definitely come back here.“

“I found this urgent care a few years back when my husband had a work injury. I was amazed at how kind the staff was, how attentive Doc. Nwafor was and just the overall experience. Since then, he has treated my husband for covid, helped me through an animal bite and just recently strep throat. I feel well taken care of every time I visit and they actually care about YOU! The wait times are so much shorter then everywhere else in the area and their cash prices are affordable. Defiantly give them a try!“

“I walked into the MedExpress Urgent Care last night with a bad case of congestion and non-stop cough. I was seen within 10 min. by an assistant who gave me Covid and flu tests, then was seen by a Sneha Mathew, PA, who diagnosed sinusitis and gave me prescriptions for an antibiotic and a steroid. I started taking them that night and my cough disappeared by Noon the next day. Very pleased with the efficiency and expertise of this urgent care & its staff. Highly recommend!“

“I have been here a few times. I have multiple rare medical conditions that makes me a more complex patient. The staff here has always listened to me about what I need and what I cannot have. I have never had the experience of having to argue with any staff about my conditions, nor have I been challenged on my diagnosises. They have always treated me kindly and respectfully. No one has ever had an ego about me knowing more about my conditions than they do. They trust me to know my body and help me to the best of their ability. Highly highly highly recommend this urgent care to anyone with more complex medical issues needing something simple taken care of on short notice.
