The prover, Russell & the MA who saw me were great. It was a quick experience and I would return. But the front desk staff (one woman) working at the time, needs a career change. She was lodged up in the corner upon arrival where I could barely even see her, didn't greet me so I spoke to her first. She then asked if I had an appointment. I said I believe so but I was driving so I couldn't finish registration. "Uhhhh well I can't do anything until you've completed that." I had an amazing experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly and I loved the ease of getting to upload my own documents in advance. I realized I didn't have a physical copy of my insurance card upon arriving and worried this would affect my visit. I was able to upload my digital copy from my insurance company's website with ease.Everyone was so kind from the front desk to my provider. My provider was quick but detailed! I didn't feel rushed at all and left with an understanding of what could be going on. I'm extremely satisfied with the care I received and would recommend to anyone!

Third visit to Citra. Always a good experience. Today,even moreso. Staff was fast and friendly Provider was very informative. Answered my questions before I even had to ask. Even called me immediately that I had forgotten my jacket!
