“The prover, Russell & the MA who saw me were great. It was a quick experience and I would return. But the front desk staff (one woman) working at the time, needs a career change. She was lodged up in the corner upon arrival where I could barely even see her, didn't greet me so I spoke to her first. She then asked if I had an appointment. I said I believe so but I was driving so I couldn't finish registration. "Uhhhh well I can't do anything until you've completed that." Why do you accept walk ins yet still make people request appointments. Her attitude and tone of voice sucked. I stood there, still clueless as to what she wanted me to do and she finally said "sit down, I can see when you've finished." She was also taking personal calls and never spoke to me again.“

“I LOVE this place and will never go anywhere else for my health needs! I called just to get pricing and they answered immediately. Their pricing is fair for people who don't have insurance bc it's a standard flat fee for evaluation and any tests, if needed. They got me in and out. I am feeling SO much better. I love the staff as well, everyone is knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone.“

“This place is probably the best urgent care I’ve been to. It’s not the nicest lobby or the newest building but don’t be fooled. It’s quiet, if you make an appointment they get you in right away, and they always try to find a solution. They never send me away with the resolution of “just keep an eye on it”. I’ve been here about 4 times and it’s consistent, professional and quiet. The doctor or PA comes in moments after you go into the room.“

“I have been coming to QDay now for almost 2 years, and I love it. I always get in and out quickly. My favorite part of coming to QDay is Ruth. I love her, she is always on top of referrals, which are already a pain, but she makes it much less a pain. If I email her she responds almost immediately. I have never had that kind of timely response from any other clinic. She just seems to truly care about the patients. The Dr and the nurse practitioners I have seen are always very attentive and supportive as well. I would definitely recommend QDay and actually have recommended it to a friend and she was not disappointed either ?“

“It’s been almost a month that I’ve had this cough. It was very easy to schedule and appointment. I got there 10-15 min before my appointment and I was checked in and brought back fast. Had an x ray done, covid test and everything was pretty fast. Priscilla brought me back and she was very sweet and understanding. The doctor the same.“

“I was able to submit for an appointment and do my registration, online. Then they called to schedule a time as soon as they opened. My wait time was not long. but then again I went in on a week day, in the morning, so not sure if it would be a different wait time on a weekend or evening appointment.
