I was able to submit for an appointment and do my registration, online. Then they called to schedule a time as soon as they opened. My wait time was not long. but then again I went in on a week day, in the morning, so not sure if it would be a different wait time on a weekend or evening appointment. Staff seemed knowledgeable and they were all helpful and friendly. I appreciated the convenience of their location and getting in and out. Thank you.

Was referred here by the VA. It was one of the most pleasant doctor visit I have had. They listened to what I had to say and were able to take care of my health concerns and needs until Primary visit with VA. Thank you.

Typical wait times for Urgent Care, but supper friendly staff from the front desk to the practitioner. Everybody seem to genuinely care about my needs. I would recommend this place to anybody in the Rockwall area.
