Easy check in, wait in the car away from all the other sick folks. Great office staff made the process easy. Nurses and Dr were great and the Dr spent a good amount of time with me. My new go-to when I can’t get into my regular Dr.

I received impeccable customer service today. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable of their job. Within 30 minutes of my visit, I received my diagnosis, clearly communicated, treatment plan, etc. Recommend this place to everyone in need of immediate medical care.Thanks.

I love this place! Home town feel and everyone here is very personable yet professional too. I have visited other urgent care facilities that do not even remotely close compare to the attention and care I was given here at the Heath community med location

That's why our doors are open until 8pm every day - even weekends. We are in-network with most major insurance (including Medicare and Tricare). The best part is that our average visit time is 30 minutes or less - including wait time! We are located off of Laurence Dr. just south of Rockwall Heath High School, in front of Tom Thumb.
