The Dispatcher ( can’t remember her name ) was very kind , understanding and professional when I called and explained my problem and having to cancel an appointment from another company . Great job by her . Then we had to waste some time until the tech was sent to our home . We where not at home due to our ac going out and when we arrived our tech Dan was waiting patiently at the door ?. Dan was very pleasant and professional and got right to the problem . It didn’t take Dan long to find the problem and that was great . Dan does not , I repeat does not try and force any phantom cost or inflated charges on the costumer but instead listens carefully and accesses what can be done . People will appreciate that from a tech . Even though Dan was sweating and changing a part from the ground , he did not complain once and made you feel like a human being and not like a payday . Dan explained everything thoroughly , cleaned up his tools and returned to the house to inspect and make sure the air & thermostat where working properly , even had a thermal temperature gun gauge ! I was impressed ! Dan made the whole process stress free and myself and my mom really appreciated that ! Dan is a true professional with people skills and just a real cool tech , I suggest anyone reading this to consider using the company and Dan . ??“

“Dave Hall is incredibly knowledgeable about foundations. He came out and gave us an honest assessment of the situation. Turns out that the issues we're seeing in our house (doors not closing, cracks) aren't a foundation issue but a drainage issue. “Our water heater was leaking. I called and spoke with Angela (very nice lady) late Thursday evening. She said William and Tyler were available Friday morning between 0830-0900. Tyler called Friday morning to give a "heads up" with arrival within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, there's a knock on the door. Nice... on time. First thing they were taking off their shoes (didn't ask them to do that). Long story short: replaced the warrantied water heater. Went into the attic to make sure it was vented properly. Vacuumed as they worked and replaced what needed to be replaced. Excellent copper pipe work. I highly recommend Midlothian Plumbing. Also, asked them to bid on propane line work... you guessed it, they will be back to do that work for us as well.“
