“I literally can't say enough about this company!! I had called them in desperation, since I had already had a plumber come out earlier in the day,and was told my leaky faucet was a simple fix,but, he couldn't do it right away and they would charge 800.00 !! That was Insane!! So I began my search again, called another local plumber, and didn't get an answer or a return call, sooo ..... third times a Charm !! YESSS!!! Jennifer listened and was so sympathetic towards my situation, she tells me they are busy, but will try to squeeze me in !! She had me take a picture of the faucet to see if Mark could get the exact same thing..and lo and behold within minutes, she texted me and they were able to find it,and said he would be able to get to me at 6:30 pm... he actually made it a little earlier!! He had to do alot more than a simple fix,but was able to get the job done quickly ?, and ohhh so reasonable!! Nowhere near what I was quoted earlier, this guy is the most honest plumber I have Ever dealt with !!! Truly appreciate him and his lovely wife and will always use him from now on !!! YOU CAN TRUST VERITY !!!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!“

“Our water heater was leaking. I called and spoke with Angela (very nice lady) late Thursday evening. She said William and Tyler were available Friday morning between 0830-0900. Tyler called Friday morning to give a "heads up" with arrival within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, there's a knock on the door. Nice... on time. First thing they were taking off their shoes (didn't ask them to do that). Long story short: replaced the warrantied water heater. Went into the attic to make sure it was vented properly. Vacuumed as they worked and replaced what needed to be replaced. Excellent copper pipe work. I highly recommend Midlothian Plumbing. Also, asked them to bid on propane line work... you guessed it, they will be back to do that work for us as well.“

“Dave Hall is incredibly knowledgeable about foundations. He came out and gave us an honest assessment of the situation. Turns out that the issues we're seeing in our house (doors not closing, cracks) aren't a foundation issue but a drainage issue. I'm pretty sure most other companies would have found a way to tell us we needed foundation repair.
