Our repairman Tom was knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain things thoroughly and walked us thru the trouble and solution. He completed the work and cleaned up when he was finished. Next time we have a plumbing issue, we would request to have Tom return!
Santos was detail oriented and thorough. He found the source of our leak from our shower into our kitchen and gave us a complete description on the cause as well as options on how to resolve the issue. Would endorse and use again in the future. Thank you Santos!
