“John came out two days ago to look at our 23yr old unit. He responded late the night before and was at my house very early in the morning. We knew a new unit would most likely be in order, and after John personally came and looked at the issue, he had his crew at my house first thing the following morning to replace the unit and furnace. “I have used these guys multiple times at multiple properties. They have done all kinds of work for me from putting in new vents, maintenance on units at my rental properties and most recently installed a brand new heating/ac unit at my home. When it was not cooling the house how it should.. they come back out and check air flow and installed new exhaust returns and bigger vent in my daughters room to get the circulation in the house just right. Call them! They come out when they say they will and they do a quality job! If there is adjustments that need to be made.. they happily come back out promptly to do what needs to be done. “We recently contacted Harris Air to diagnose some issues we were having with our 10-year old air conditioner, which was really struggling to keep up with this summer's 100*+ heat. They sent Jose over quickly and he was able to diagnose the problem in short order. Jose didn't try to oversell us...he told us the parts we needed and agreed to put them on order. After some discussion, we asked him to talk with us about replacing the entire system with something a little more energy efficient and with a bit more muscle. We agreed on a system, a good price and an installation date , and Jose even offered us window AC units to temporarily get us thru. Once installed, Jose came back several times to fine-tune the system to get it running at peak efficiency. Overall, Harris Air did a great job and they have earned our business going forward.“
