Darryl Penn the A/C Tech with Burnside was very polite and was all about customer service . The first he asked was what problems I was having with the system . I told him the problems I knew about and he went back got his tools and started to work on the system. After about 1 and 1/2 hours he completed his cleaning and inspection of the whole system went over what needed to be done to the system now and his recommendation s on what I could do to make the system better and have better indoor air quality. Darryl did not push any repairs on me and explained everything fully so I understood why they would benefit my family and the HVAC system. I felt so good about the service...read full review

I had a very positive experience during my regular A/C maintenance. Nick was very thorough and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He was very polite and well mannered. I would definitely recommend him and Burnside Air Conditioning/Heating for your A/C and Heater needs.
