When I found Michaela in Plano I was very happy with the result, but was even more excited to know that she actually has salon in McKiney (which is much closer to my home). Been going to her since 2002 and she just gets my hair and will not steer me wrong with color or anything. Sophia and Jenny are the sweetest and kindest people! They remember you even though they have so many clients. They ask about my kids and husband and Sophia remembers me when I was 13 and what I was planning to be when I grew up! “I really loved this place. It has the vibe of a romantic B&B that you’d see in a movie. The massage therapist, Meg, was very easy to talk to and get along with. My back felt insanely better after my session with her. Monica did my facial and pedicure. I was about halfway through my facial and fell asleep during the oxygen treatment she did. It felt very cooling and refreshing. She knew her stuff! My skin was absolutely transformed after and she told me it would look even better the next day; she was right! My pedicure came out beautiful as well. I will definitely be back in the future. “

“The stylist that used to cut my son and husbsnds hair moved. We have been on a mission to find a new stylist and have yet to find one we like. Today, we tried LoneStar Cuts. It is a very cute, clean shop, with friendly staff. The wait time was not bad either. Gracie cut my 6 year old sons hair today and did a fantastic job! I believe we found a keeper! :) As any parent knows, 6 year old little boys are not the easiest clients when it comes to haircuts. Gracie was very kind, patient, and talented. “I stopped in here not really knowing what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results! I got a women's cut and a color for about ~$80-90 (including tip) which is a really reasonable price--I've paid upwards of $150 at some salons! My hair is really curly, which a lot of stylists don't know how to work with-but the woman who did my hair was great!! I can't remember her name, but she really gave a lot of bounce to my hair and gave me some good tips on how to keep it looking nice and moisturized. The color job was pretty standard and way better quality than the 'do it yourself' method out of the box. As to the environment of the salon, the stylists were really friendly and the salon itself had a cool 'jungle theme' with a few cute little tie-ins decorated around. They even had this giant tiger mural I wanted to steal!! Overall I had a really good experience there and plan to go back when my roots need touched up!“
