“I come and see Érica who has been doing my hair now for a little over a year. She does a great job with my hair color. Loved my hair in the summer when she added blond highlights. It used to have a lot of brass in it. She has helped me understand my hair and what products to use. I am now a brunette and love it! I have gotten so many compliments. “****update. Sport clips reached out and we went back. They fixed the hair cuts for me and were very nice about it all. I really appreciate them making this right. We will continue to go back!I am sad to even post this. We normally have a great experience here and have been here many times. Both my kids got their hair cut here on Saturday. Their hair was styled when we left so we didn’t notice the uneven cut in the front. I don’t know if I can contact anyone from this location to maybe get this fixed. I am just disappointed this is how they left it. I wish they would of said he we accidentally cut it too short and we can fix it, it will just be shorter. (I don’t know I’m not a hairstylist, I just now we have gotten much better cuts here than we did on Saturday)“
