Richard came out to help me with an emergency (dog vomit on brand new - supposedly treated) wool rug. He cleaned the rug and got the stains out and retreated it for me. He was really knowledgeable and very kind (as I was very upset about the stains). His price was very fair…the results were very good! I highly recommend Aqua Luxe!

I have gone to salons before where they hurt me with either their fingernails or tools and would often think to myself "pedicures shouldn't hurt"! He was professional and detailed and the massage was great - just wish it was longer - next time! This is now my new go to salon!!!!!

Ventured out to see Mindy for a pedicure as I needed a bit more attention than a regular salon could give me. I have mobility issues due to arthritis and it's more difficult to take care of my feet. I am new to TX and feel lucky to have found Nails by Mindy. She gave my tootsies a good soak, scrub, and massage. My nails weren't too too long but definitely needed some attention. Felt sooo good to get them trimmed (avoiding ingrowns) and in shape for summer!!
Lin did such a great job, she was so gentle with me. She always asked me if I was comfortable and if I liked the color, very attentive toward my needs. Her work is in the details, and she's so so sweet! The nails salon is very cute, love the decors around the waiting area.
Stopped in 45 minutes before closing to get Nexgen mani and gel pedi, and they said no problem and took me right away. I had so much fun with these ladies. They joked with me while they did a fabulous job on my nails and toes. I highly recommend them! The vibe is fun and the service is top notch!

I came in with a very specific haircut in mind, frustrated with the state of my hair (ladies of a certain age, you know what I’m talking about), and similarly disenchanted with being unable to find a hairstylist consistently skilled in both cutting and color. On my first visit, I spoke to Maya the owner about what I was hoping to find in a stylist, and even shared a video of a cut I was wanting. She had me text the video and she set me up with Stephanie.
Stephanie listened to what I wanted and asked clarifying questions, and then got to work. 3 hours later, I actually feel like I have a different head of hair. The color is gorgeous, the cut is exactly what I wanted (not easy to achieve on fine, blond hair!), and SHE TAUGHT ME HOW TO STYLE IT. Sorry for the all caps there, but that’s a big deal. This is my forever salon, and Stephanie is a wizard!!

Wow!! I booked with Nancy to fix my hair from a bad cut at the barber. Definitely found my person. She was so nice!! She gave me a welcome package with some products to try. She was really attentive, did everything with me facing the mirror, and talked me through it. Checked in to see if I was liking how it was looking. Most of all she just did a great job! I hope to get in with her soon for some color.
My favorite place to get my lashes lifted! Have not had my hair done here so cannot speak for that, but Nagisa is super sweet and keeps my lashes looking great without damaging them :) I also love how there are many options for how the lashes are curled/lifted. She also recently started doing eyebrow services and they are so much more detailed and precise than a typical brow wax in the US. Much recommended! Update: had my hair cut and color done here recently as well- hair turned out great and I was comfortable the entire time! I’ll be back :)

Eva Arnold did my hair for my wedding and she made me look stunning! I have pretty thin hair naturally so I got some clip in extensions and Eva was able to make my hair look so voluminous and elegant for my special day :) She also styled my husband’s hair to give it a kind of messy but put together look and he looked so handsome. Both of our hair held the entire night. She is an absolute miracle worker!
My experience with Diane and the lash lift + tint she provided me with was top-notch; the lashes came out Beautifully. I had gotten a lash lift before, and my prior experience (which took place at a large scale chain) didn't give me even half the results Diane's work did. It's safe to say that not only are my expectations now higher for what I know my lashes can be, but that I'm also not trusting anyone else with them again! Diane is super personable and friendly, too. As a customer with no stake in how a business is run or turns out, I don't think I've ever left a review that rants and raves about a business like this one before, but it's warranted in this case. Really appreciate Nam and all that she has done for my skin. I started going in June because my skin was acting up pretty badly. I had cystic acne along my jawline and hairline and no matter what I did, it wasn’t getting any better. I even went to a dermatologist and they couldn’t make it any better - I was using tretinoin and winlevi for a very long time and I still had congestion and acne.
By August, my skin was looking much better. And now it’s October and my skin is almost perfect. The hyperpigmentation is almost gone and I have so much less congestion. On top of monthly treatments, she helps me create the perfect regimen. I really appreciate that she works with the products I currently have and educates me on the best ways to use them. Like for example, I had the Dermalogica daily microfoliant and I hated it until she taught me how to properly use it and now I consider it a holy grail, among the sunscreen, moisturizer and cleanser that she recommended. My skin hasn’t been this clear in the past 2-3 years.

She listens to you,she talks things through with you. She mixes the colors herself to match your skin tone, your eyes, and make sure it’s what you like. Her work is impeccable. Her husband is warm and friendly just like Renee is. The whole environment is welcoming. I went there as a client and I left there, knowing I had made a friend. She also offers face treatments that are wonderful. I’ve done those with her also. She is all about perfection and beauty. She has the experience and the gift to do both.
My skin have completely changed! I worked with Hli, the medical esthetician virtually and she knew exactly what my skin needed. My skin was so inflamed and overproducing oils. All I had to do was explain my skin conditions to her, send some photos and she was able to tell me things I did not know about my own skin. She recommended a few products and I have loved them all. As time went on, she recommended more products that would enhance my skin even more. My favorite skincare product that I have from Skinnovations is their Rescue Repair Serum. I have backups of these because my skin will freak out without it. Overall, I highly recommend Skinnovations. They have great staff, services, and products for any needs and wants!

I have been wanting to try a scalp spa for the longest time. I googled and found this Japanese head spa in Plano. I called and was able to reserve an appointment for my daughter and I together.I paid the $50 per person deposit for the appointments. I was looking forward to the experience.We tried the following:Herbal scalpDeep sleepO.M.G. It was such an amazing experience. We got there and chose our favorite oil. We went to the back of the salon and changed into the towels they had for us. The water was nice and hot. Her hands were strong and dainty, and I wanted to fall asleep. The shampooing and head massages were phenomenal. My back and leg massage released tension. I highly recommend the Deep Sleep option with the lymphatic massage. It is a fitting name for the experience.My daughter said she fell asleep, so she couldn't give me any opinions. Except that's how wonderful her scalp treatment was.Highly recommended. They use zelle, venmo, and cashapp for the deposit. They accept credit cards as well at checkout.Give them a try, I would book once a month if I could. Spoil and pamper yourself. You deserve it.
LADIES!!! Yesterday Susan used the buffer massager. She put the exfoliating pad on it. It was fabulous! My skin has never felt so soft. I have a lot of sun damage thanks to being a sun goddess for many, many years. This removed those little patches of dry skin. They are gone!! This will now be a routine thing for me in the spring, and dead of winter to remove all that dry skin. Plus since it is also a massager, once she was all done, I literally felt like I had been in a bed massager. My whole body felt wonderful and relaxed. After months of looking for a good spa, I've finally found Woodhouse. I had a hydrafacial, 80min Swedish massage, & a pedicure. I plan on getting each from here every quarter. It was pricy, but the service and quality were on par with the price. Elizabeth is an excellent massage therapist. I wish I remembered everyone's names, but I'd request them again.
I got a great massage from Daniel. I had so many tension and pressure points and he did a great job of easing those pain points. I also enjoy the ambiance from the moment you walk in.

Styles By Vero and Bridal Pros Beauty did such an amazing job on my make up. They had me come to their studio to do a make up trial. The studio was clean and a gorgeous space. The make up artists used my reference pictures and asked me recommendations on how I wanted different parts of my hair or make up to look. The day of the wedding they all arrived to do all the hair and make up. They were kind with all of the girls and helped make each and every one of us feel beautiful. I was worried about my make up lasting most of the night but was pleasantly surprised that both of them held up even after eating, drinking, and dancing the night away. I highly recommend their service.
Walked in on a Sunday afternoon for piercings-with no appointment! We were helped immediately. Our piercer was very helpful and informative. The three of us were able to watch and support one another with no issues or pushback. When leaving there was more of a line, thankfully we didn't experience that!

A very nice lady named Coco did my piercings on both earlobes. I decided to walk in after having trouble deciding which studio to get them done. She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The piercings did not hurt, turned out amazing and are healing well. I hired O'Bryan Plumbing to flush my water heater and change out a hose spigot. From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment to the end of the appointment, everything went right. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and even considered what worked best for me when scheduling. We had a major storm the morning of the appointment, and they did not cancel despite the weather. Mark arrived on time and worked outside in the rain to replace the spigot. He also flushed the water heater efficiently. He explained all my options and pricing beforehand, which I appreciated. He even did a complimentary safety evaluation of my plumbing! Henri came to our house on 7/18/24. My carpet had become so compromised and dirty. I just wanted Henri to freshen up my carpet, until I could get the carpet replaced. Our residence definitely needed a cleaning; our master bath was bad, the shower stall was BAD, the shower door was clouded with soap scum that needed to be scraped off. We highly recommend The Floor Hut. We got our wood flooring there a few years ago, and recently got our new carpeting there. Both experiences were exceptional. We had shopped around for carpet (NFM, Peeks, HomeDepot, Lowes etc) and no one had comparable options or service. Creswell, the owner, was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful and easy to work with. He has an installation crew that were also great. (Do not underestimate the value of a good install crew!!) We could not be happier with the service and the products we purchased from The Floor Hut.

All I knew was that in functioned well and looked great. Jennifer was not at all bothered about my ignorance. She proceeded to sweetly educate me in their history, their process, their staff , and their philosophy. She was so patient. After a couple delays on my side, of which they flexed with my schedule, the work began. The crew was punctual, friendly, and quick. The process took only two days. Paul and Jennifer came out the second day and actually stepped in to help the team finish. At the end of the day, Paul and Jennifer came highly recommended. In 2022, worked with Wendy and her team to convert our traditional kitchen cabinets to drawers and paint the kitchen cabinets. Was very pleased with every stage of the process and the final result. No doubt there were some hiccups along the way with scheduling and what not, but nothing out of the ordinary for this project. Was very pleased with Wendy’s customer care and commitment to meet customer expectations. Reasonable pricing too. In 2023, worked with Wendy for some major house renovations including redoing flooring all throughout the house, painting the entire house, and renovate all bathrooms. Once again, Wendy and her team delivered on a great job.

I wanted to build another double garage on my property to accommodate future anticipated cars that I will be owning. I was surprised at the many details that had to be addressed in dealing with the city of Benbrook and our Homeowner’s Association. The toughest details and meetings were invariably well handled by Memar Interiors for the duration of our project. Even better, Memar consistently made suggestions of things I had not thought of that improved my garage such as gutters to protect the foundation, having a wide large window at the rear of the garage to bring in natural light(see photo), adding horizontal windows as well to the right side of the garage door to also bring in more light and add an artistic touch, and lastly installing a beautiful 7’ long German cabinet for excellent storage and workspace. Memar flawlessly orchestrated a variety of experts in framing the garage, laying the bricks, installing the garage door, insulating and painting the walls and attic, and even having his own father figure out how to install the intricate lock on the side door. A most professional job!

Trident just completed a fabulous bathroom remodel of our home. Paul was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, offered great suggestions on how best to complete the look we were going for, and checked in personally to see his subs’ progress on a daily basis. We ended up making a few changes and throwing a few curveballs as the work progressed, but Paul did a great job keeping things on track and Trident finished the job in less time than we had originally expected. Good bye old pest service. After years of trying to fend off rats and hundreds of dollars on car damage, a different path was needed.
The staff was very helpful in helping us deal with our rat problems around our house. After listen to our concerns about our pet and other wildlife, they suggested a particular rat bait. They looked at our property on Google maps and suggested bait station locations.
The rats love our new all you can eat buffet stations. Sure enough, the rats dramatically slowed their feeding after a few days as the staff said they should.

If you find yourself in need of replacing your lawn, I highly recommend using All Green Landscapes. I did some initial research to familiarize myself with this type of project prior to requesting bids from 3 different companies. I found Travis Marckese to be extremely professional, well versed in his expertise and carefully explained what the process would be for this project. Our timing wasn't the best as our start date became a moving target while Mother Nature chose this time to hit the Dallas area with major storms. We fought through broken tree limbs, days of seemingly unending rain, and a flooded yard that was quickly eroding away. Travis remained unflappable, always ready with a "Plan B" should we need it. Eventually, things quieted down and the project could begin. Travis stopped by the job site throughout the day to check on how things were going. He promptly responded to my intermittent texts and phone calls. I've been working with Matt and the Terra Turf Landscape team for many years. My initial project was having a French drain system installed to control flooding in my backyard and add shrubbery and color to my front flower beds. That project in 2021 resolved the ponding and rain water runoff that was flooding my yard. Fast forward to 2025 and I again needed Matts assistance with drainage due to a new patio that created additional drainage problems. The Terra Turf team added on additional surface drains to the existing French drain system and also put down about 700 sqft for beautiful Palisades Zoysia sod. The landscaping crew is just the best group I've had work on my yard in the 21 years I've lived in the house. They are respectful of my property, show up on time, and get the job done right the first time. Matt really knows his stuff and ensures the projects are completed to the customers satisfaction. I had 2 days to find an irrigation company to install a WiFi irrigation controller before I left town. We recently had laid new sod and I wanted to make sure it got watered. I called several companies and they weren’t available to come quickly or their price was too high. After I called Guzman, I was given a fair quote and they were able to work me into their schedule the same day. Raymond did a great job and I am very happy with the controller they provided.

Dr. Zohar and her staff are incredible. Beginning with scheduling, which they were so accommodating and made it easy. At check in everyone was friendly and prompt. All medical staff were personable, knowledgeable, and helpful with everything. Dr. Zohar is the best dentist I’ve been to in DFW. She has great bedside manner, is quick to diagnose, quick to treat, and will educate throughout. I’ve had a crown that’s fallen off multiple times now, and she immediately had a solution! I’m going to recommend all of my family and friends to come here!

Everyone at Shippy Chiropractic is friendly, professional, and most importantly takes the time to explain anything you need them to. From Insurance questions, to treatment, to procedure. They speak with you in terms you can understand, and make you feel very comfortable about how your "adjustments" will occur. I was a first timer, and was terrified to be adjusted, only to find out with Dr. Shippy's expertise.... it was all for nothing. It was a piece of cake, and literally PAIN FREE.

I suffered with migraines for over 35 years. As years advanced for me, the migraines seemed to hang around for months on top of months. MRI machines became so familiar with me, till they automatically starting playing my song list when I walked into their rooms, lol. They provided the same result, migraines! 13 weeks ago my life changed for the better, due to meeting the staff at Optimal Wellness Center. The first thing I love about them is no prescription pads popped out, there was no pressure or persuasions, only knowledge was presented and it was still left up to me to choose either to get healthier or stay commented to taking migraines pills for the rest of my life. Since, I choose to live a happy live and being a happier me, I chose to kick migraines to the curb. For me after 3 visits, I noticed the migraine was nooo longer in control of me. I was having a small normal headache which went away after my next visit. Of course, I would maybe get a very slight headache after adjustments, which is expected since my spine was used to being out of alignment; however, I am MIGRAINE FREE and I am enjoying living my new life! I’ve been taking my beloved pets to Dr. Whetstone since we moved here. I can’t imagine taking them to anyone else. She enjoys my dogs no matter their nervousness or acceptance of her. She has a gentle hand and smooth touch. When the end of life has come, she has been beyond gentle, patient, and understanding. She had embraced my rescues and held back tears when necessary. She listens and gives options but is always honest when you need it as a pet owner. When I had to say goodbye to my Pawley, she brought him Christmas cookies.
They were incredibly nice and I am definitely going to make them my new vets office.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Beaumont and her practice. When I first relocated to Dallas, I went to another eye specialist in Plano after my Shih-Tzu showed ulcer-like symptoms. After a few weeks of treatment, they told me he was healed, but as his mother, I knew something wasn't right. Desperately, I called around for a second opinion from another specialist. Animal Eye was able to squeeze me in, and they confirmed my fears that Pepper was not healed and needed more treatment. I was relieved to find a place that listened to me and took my concerns seriously.
My Pepper is no stranger to eye issues, and I've been fighting to keep his eyes healthy for the last seven years. With Dr. Beaumont's help, we are now doing more preventive care with check-in visits a few times a year to keep Pepper's eyes healthy. I know that if something doesn't look right, Dr. Beaumont's team will do their very best to fit us into their schedule to see Pepper right away. Thank you for caring for my fur baby, Dr. Beaumont.

We have a senior bichon mix, who in the past, became very anxious at the groomers. We switched to Little Munchkins Mobile Pet Grooming and he is now so much happier! ? Monica does a great job and is very kind and gentle with our senior pup. I love the convenience of mobile grooming and highly recommend Little Munchkins! 5 stars!

I have picked this place La Pawz Dog Care accidentally instead of another groomer and just realised on the day of appointment, I was nervous because I had bad experience before. But turned out amazing my fur baby was groomed great, came back home really happy and calm. I recommend them %100. Great job!
Great boarding service, I left my cat with them for a week and she was well taken cared of. She got her own room and individual play time with them. Daily progress reports were sent with pictures of her. Staff is friendly and Lauren was very helpful.

I really really enjoyed the intro session. It was a fantastic workout that gets you shaking by the end of it which I enjoy. I did get confused thinking it would be a bit easier than a normal session since it’s called a “intro session” but it was okay still. I do wish they had given us more guidance considering they knew it was our first class with them or more encouragement throughout. Felt a little lost sometimes considering everyone else knew the moves but I had to learn them quickly as we were doing them. I also wish they had more varied styles for each move for people who might be struggling with the moves. Overall, it was a great workout and I will be coming back as I enjoyed the walkthrough and energy of the place just a few things I thought I’d mention as a first timer.
I’ve been going here for about two years now and I absolutely love it! All the instructors are great! Suzan is my favorite. She always has a positive attitude, starts class on time and is in it amazing coach. She knows her stuff and she’s helped me gain so much strength and condition my body. I will continue to go to UP and highly recommend it!

Great! Pulled a groin muscle which is extremely painful. After Andrea worked on my leg, I didn't have any pain and was able to walk without limping. I've been able to sleep through the night without the pain waking me up. Don't know what I do without her magic hands.

I have been dealing with a hip injury due to sports for a while now. Have tried massage therapists, doctors and chiropractors. Have not had the right support from anywhere.
One session with Bruce and I am already walking almost normal and for the first time in 6 years I have no pain what so ever. My pain use to range from 1 to 8 or so out of 10. Absolutely nothing worked.
The session was very intense and not the most pleasant considering how locked up my hip was. Surprisingly, I have no bruises, did not have pain the next day.
Will definitely return and I would highly recommend him.
Eric Olson was referred to me by a friend with servere pain. My sciatic nerve basically paralyzed my right leg. I was bedbound from the stiffness and pain. I called Eric for some relief. He can to my home and worked some miracles on me. I was able to increase my flexibility and reduce my pain. I am an ex paramedic, this guy knows the body muscles and pressure points like no one I ever known. Along with his knowledge about the body he provides great customer care. I called Dr. McVay's office to see if he had availability after getting the run around from other PT offices and being quoted a 6-12 month wait for my son to even get assessed. Dr. McVay was incredibly kind and concerned but said he didn't specialize in pediatric PT. However, he told me he would reach out to his network and call around to help me find someone else. I was so jaded from my previous experiences that I doubted he would actually call me back, but he did! About 15 minutes later, Dr. McVay called back to give me a number of another office that specialized in pediatric PT and actually had availability. I told Dr. McVay that I wished I could bring my son in to meet with him because he was so awesome, but I truly appreciate him helping me when he had absolutely nothing to gain from it. Thank you so much, Dr. McVay!
Dave Zeigler is the most knowledgeable physical therapist I’ve ever seen. He has helped me and 2 of my friends through various injuries and surgeries. He enabled me to be completely relieved of severe hip pains I’d had for 7 years. Dave is not a cookie-cutter physical therapist. If you have despaired of ever easing your pain I guarantee that Dave Zeigler will not give up on you until you are improved.
I was referred here for physical therapy by my doctor. This facility is the real deal. Well equipped, clean, and staffed with experienced therapists. I was given personalized attention at every visit by my wonderful PT Richard who designed a fantastic program for me. I would highly recommend him and this facility for your PT needs.

Miss Mei Sun is my go to acupuncturist. So far I have used her professional services for several years to treat a variety of issues including shoulder pain, menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, neck pain, tendonitis, etc. She is very knowledgeable, knows exactly what she is doing and her treatments are highly effective. She is also very caring to her patients. She is a good listener and takes care of my needs and requests. She is someone that I trust and I would definitely love to continue to do business with her.

This was a really great school. I thought that the work was easy and that the people were really nice. Most of the work is self paced which i really liked. We learned many things like the road rules, the road signs, lane changes, the effects to alcohol and so much more. It was a really great experience.
