My service rep, Brian, was friendly and professional and did a great job fertilizing my lawn. Communication prior to and after the process was outstanding and the service was completed within the timeframe provided when scheduled.

Deceptive billing. The sales person will explain a schedule to you but that is not the reality of the service. I specifically asked how often they would service my lawn and was told every 4-6 weeks. That seemed reasonable given the cost. I had 4 services totaling over $400 within a month. It was ridiculous. Had tech issues with the app so when I called the 1800 number to cancel, the rep wouldn’t even send a confirmation email that my plan was canceled, just gave me a cancellation number. Seems shady. Please beware.

Not being home while application was performed, I knew job was thoroughly done! Both lawn’s flagged, fertilizer seen throughout my yard and not a lot on my driveway or patio. No doubts that I received what I paid for! Thanks KENJI.Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance
