“I have travelled and visited many Boxes across the US, Europe and India and this is definitely top 3. This place is amazing. The trainers are very caring and teach you and make sure you are doing things right. This place and the people feel intimate, and you will certainly enjoy working out here. I love their warmup routine (something most of us and most places are a bit lazy about) as it is very structured. They will explain the movements in much detail and the workouts are fabulous. Do not even blink before you go here!“
