“Had a water emergency and called ServPro. They had a team there with equipment and vacs in right at an hour. They placed fans and dehums and then came back every day for a week to test moisture. They got everything back to normal in the time frame they stated. They were very responsive and helped make a bad experience, not so bad! We hope for no more emergencies but if we do, we will call ServPro again.“

Insurance agreed to cover full roof replacement and interior repairs but the dollar amount was way too low. Steve worked with the carrier and was able to get them to agree the initial settlement was too low, and they came to an agreement on price. Work was done quickly.
