“Gil was fantastic, came out to evaluate my possible mold and water damage. He spent almost an hour in my boiling hot attic diagnosing the issue. Found out that i have some water overflow from my hvac unit. Ruled out mold and spoke to my HVAC tech to let him know what needed fixed. To even top it off he didn't charge me a dime. “I was not initially satisfied with my roof drip edges that were installed over older drip edges and gutters. The original person in charge of my roofing left the company for personal reasons from what I understand right after my roof was completed, however many of the problems I identified were not addressed. Weeks later a supervisor (Frank) followed up with me and I had the chance to express my concerns. Frank worked with the insurance company to get the gutters removed (not included in original estimate) and all drip edges replaced on main house. Frank treated my home as if it was his .His attention to detail and efforts revived my faith going with Heritage for my roofing needs.
