I can’t say enough great things about Tico and everyone involved with my bathroom remodel. From start to finish they were extremely helpful. I was given good advice and direction to make a cramped Jack and Jill bathroom become a user friendly stunning addition to my home. The work was completed in a timely manner, the cost of the project was fair, and I was so impressed with the care given to my home to cover flooring, particularly the carpeted stairs. Just a very professional crew in total. I highly recommend Gus and Tico and would not hesitate to hire them again.

We had three main items done by them. They built a half bath under our stairs, remodeled the master bath to absorb the half bath's space, and repaired some dry wall after a repipe.From the billing perspective they had a detailed breakdown of what is being done and were flexible with change orders along the way. My recommendation is to read through it and understand who is responsible for providing what materials. It's all listed out. They actually reached out to me to proactively credit when the scope of work changed, which I appreciated.The actual process of getting the work done was fairly painless.
