“I had three different companies come out to evaluate concerns in our attic that a home inspector identified. The other 2 did not provide an option for taking samples to verify if the discoloration on some of the wood in the attic was mold but provided mold remediation cost ($4,000). Gus with Pure Maintenance recommended taking samples from some of the discolored wood as well as air samples from the attic and sending to a lab to verify if mold remediation was necessary. The lab results did not indicate mold and mold remediation in the attic was not necessary.“

“In October of last year I called aura to come clean the dryer vent duct at my business. I was quoted $99 for the cleaning on the phone and online special.The red light on the dryer came on and it wouldn’t dry. Aura came the following day promptly and accessed the issue.They cleaned the vent and the dryer thoroughly. I was a little frustrated that the main guy Dor told me they had to charge me 4 times more than the original quote to simply get on the roof and clean out the top duct. (The truth was the top of the vent was actually on the side of the building so he lied about going on the roof even thought I asked multiple times did you go on the roof?) he showed me no photos of proof of going on the roof.4 months later I had the same issue. Red light was on again at the business dryer and it wasn’t drying the items. Gabrielle from Aura came out to clean the vent again. I had a year warranty on the previous work in October. So I didn’t have to pay again. He did was wonderful job and was very professional.In hindsight with the 1 year warranty it was worth it but without it I would have definitely been scammed. It was very frustrating and seemed scammy for the 4X up charge for “getting on the roof” but they did a good job and I recommend communicating very clearly and watch them closely to ensure you’re getting what you’re quoted to pay prior to the work needed.“

“Our condominium building and units were damaged by Hurricane Michael. The condominium association used Claremont Property Company for the repairs/reconstruction. When other contractors said they could not get building materials for the roof, Claremont said they could and transported the materials from their Texas location to Florida. Upon contracting them in March, the new roof and a/c units were in place and finished by June. Later in the reconstruction, Ian Megarity of Claremont Property was the assigned project manager. Ian addressed any issues that came up, found solutions to the problem, and made sure we were pleased with the results. It did not matter if it was a building issue or an individual unit owner issue, he addressed the problem or concern. Claremont’s subcontractors and workers did good work as well as being polite. I highly recommend both Ian Megarity, as project manager, and Claremont Property Company for repairs/reconstruction after a storm event.“
