“Southfork veterinary saved my dog and I can’t thank them enough. I called the vet we have been going to for 6 years, since my dog is a puppy. My dog never been sick. After 2 days of my dog not eating much, not drinking….They told me to bring her to the Emergency room because they couldn’t see for 5 more days. I called southfork veterinarian, described the symptoms, no hesitation they told me to bring her, it could be serious. They never seen my dog. The vet and technician took care of my dog for 2h, asked me so many questions, listen to everything I said, tested her…they took all the time they needed to help her. The next morning they called me with the blood results and told me to bring her to their other clinic a few miles away because she need treatment immediately. Went to the East Plano vet… Same care for my dog!! They kept my dog 2 nights, kept me updated and found what is wrong with her. Both clinics are extremely qualified, extremely nice, patient, care about the pets and their families. They saved my 6 years old lab, Bailey! They are now Bailey’s doctors! Thank you to all of you.“

We had an appointment with Dr. Abraham yesterday, and it reminded me how friendly, knowledgeable, and patient he is. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly.

We’ve also seen Dr. Howard and Dr. Meyers and have had great experiences with them as well. The vet techs are wonderful too and are always kind, gentle, and so sweet with our dogs.

The front office staff is fantastic. Scheduling appointments, requesting records, and getting information is always easy, and their email responses are consistently fast and helpful. It's actually shocking to me how quickly I hear back from them!

“On Friday, Oct 18, 2024 my gf came home around 9:30 pm to discover that 2 of our puppies (brothers) had gotten into a fight while kenneled together. They had managed to bust open the back panel of the kennel and it was evident by the path of destruction left behind that the fight insued through every room of our 450 sq ft home. To her dismay her baby Thor had a severe injury to his right ear...it was almost torn in half and hanging down. We sought desperately to find an emergency clinic that would work with us financially as we had just paid all our bills. We were told at one point to bring him to VEG Allen, that he would be seen for free, they just wanted to get him antibiotics and pain meds in the very least. They lied...among other fishy things. At any rate 2 of their vets said the ear would need to be amputated completely due to infection and necrosis. That was Sat night; Sunday morning. Monday after we took him to see Dr. Ali because a friend that was helping us with cost said to take him there. Dr Ali assessed the ear and said that he didn't want to jump straight to amputation. He asked our permission to try to save as much of the ear as possible....to just try. I dropped him off Tuesday morning. By this point the bottom half of his ear had been partially detached for 4 days, and infection had set in.
It is nothing short of miracle but somehow Dr. Ali was able to save the entire ear but cutting away some of the bad flesh. We our eternally grateful to Dr Ali and his staff for the going above and beyond in their effort to treat our furry child. Dr Ali is truly an amazing vet and surgeon. It's obvious he loves his job and more importantly animals.
