“Excellent service on this third visit to try and figure out a difficult and puzzling problem with my a/c. These technicians and service manager are awesome!!! They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and yet they came back multiple times until they figured out the problem. It was a real puzzler!! Not only did they never give up, they didn’t charge me a dime for all the extra trips it took to solve the mystery problem even though I offered to pay them for the additional trips. “Fair pricing. It took a few days to get all the components in stock for the system I chose. Not a big deal since we had 3 portable AC units to get us by. Lightening fast installation. All told about 4 hours start to finish. Elias and crew did a great job. On time, professional, courteous and got the system changed out very quickly and cleaned up old equipment and parts. “We recently contacted Harris Air to diagnose some issues we were having with our 10-year old air conditioner, which was really struggling to keep up with this summer's 100*+ heat. They sent Jose over quickly and he was able to diagnose the problem in short order. Jose didn't try to oversell us...he told us the parts we needed and agreed to put them on order. After some discussion, we asked him to talk with us about replacing the entire system with something a little more energy efficient and with a bit more muscle. We agreed on a system, a good price and an installation date , and Jose even offered us window AC units to temporarily get us thru. Once installed, Jose came back several times to fine-tune the system to get it running at peak efficiency. Overall, Harris Air did a great job and they have earned our business going forward.“
