2340 E Trinity Mls Rd #301, Carrollton“My pomsky Luna (short for Lunatic), was as stubborn as they come thanks to the half husky in her. She would never come when called at 10pm and 5:30am potty breaks, could never settle, and would practically drag my fiancé whenever on walks. Thanks to Mark @ Tip Top K9 and his broad knowledge of dog training, those behaviors are more or less gone completely and have made our lives that much easier. We really can't thank them enough for all they did.“

13212 Cedar Ln, Dallas“I simply can’t say enough good things about the exceptional help we have received from Scott Sheaffer(and his lovely wife Barbara!).
His knowledge and experience are unmatched. We adopted a very sweet little rescue puppy that had anxiety from day one. No matter what we tried, his anxiety seemed to grow, and we didn’t know what to do. Scott’s insight and genius methods have given us hope, and we are now seeing our dog’s separation anxiety improve. Our little Scout is growing in confidence day by day. It has truly changed our lives. We are so grateful for such an exceptional canine professional, and trusted compassionate guide.“
“We engaged Carla to help us incorporate our new rescue dog Moose with our 4 year old German Shepard mix, Charlotte. Although Charlotte has been in a family with another dog, she did not take well to us adopting Moose after we lost our senior dog about a year ago. We worked with Carla on both dogs, and saw the biggest difference in Charlotte after a board and train for 2 weeks and follow up tips she gave us after Charlotte came home. Charlotte has become way less anxious, no longer pulls on walks (which is huge since she is about 95 pounds), and has become way less reactive towards other dogs and animals (squirrels, rabbits, etc.) on walks (before, she would lose it). She made so much progress in such a short period of time, it truly amazed us, especially since she’s been in training before and we only saw marginal improvements. Carla also helped us understand our new dog Moose, and get us off on the right foot. Moose and Charlotte get along great now, and the house is way more peaceful than it was before. Thank you, Carla!“

1000 W Crosby Rd Suite 120, Carrollton“K9 Culture was perfect for what I was looking for with training my dog Bert. I really liked the day and training option. As a rescue, Bert was still getting acquainted at home and I didn’t necessarily want him gone the whole time and I like that it required that I put in the work too with training him.
Brittney did an amazing job teaching Bert! She was very attentive to him and kept me in the loop with all his progress! He is a little anxious at first and when he finally warmed up to her, he always
looked toward to seeing her. He is stubborn so it has still been an ongoing process but I feel that he has a strong training foundation thanks to Brittney! She helped me understand the why’s and how’s for his training and on lesson days made sure I had everything I needed to continue what she taught him.
Since Bert has finished his training with Brittney, we have been doing group trainings now which has been helping him with his socialization and anxiety. We also have the option for tune-ups when he needs a refresher with Brittney for his training.
You can tell that everyone at K9 Culture shares the love of animals! I would highly recommend this training facility to anyone who needs dog training.“

2525 E Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton“My sweet boy Chito LOVES Jesus at All Creatures. Thats his buddy! I board our family dog here for frequent work trips and vacations and feel very comfortable every time I leave him. I know Jesus and the other employees will love on him during his stay and I am confident that he is cared for as one of their own. I've never had any issues. Also, Chito is seen there by the vet staff so if something medically would arise while he is boarded I have peace of mind that they would do what is needed. Nice and professional staff. Clean facility. Definitely recommend!“

I finally had enough and took my pets to Nails 2 Tails. I can't believe I didn't do this years ago. The staff here is very talented and extremely welcoming. On top of everything else the prices are reasonable.“

Yes he runs a business but he isn’t into it for the money. He truly cares about every dog that comes here and is involved in all the day to day stuff which I LOVE. Everytime I have dropped off or picked up my dog he has been there at the front desk. All the staff treats our pup like it’s their own and I know Rambo will be in the best care while we’re gone. Also i love that we can watch him on the cameras while he is out playing:) Thank you guys for all you do!!!!“
“Thank You to Dagmar and Family, our little doggy could not have been happier. We would definitely use your services again. You are our favorite doggie sitter, so we highly recommend.“

“July 2023: 5: I have used this business on several occasions for my feathered child. It has changed owners/management/location from several years ago to now. The staff seems to be interested in the nonhuman clients. Dec 2018: 4: I have used this Carrollton location on a few additional instances since I last posted a review. The follow up visits warrant an update for this location. The personnel here are stepping up their ability to show better effort to care for my feathered child. I used this place to board my first hatched feathered child and was allowed to use a small cat cage at a reasonable cost for nine days while we were at an overseas destination. Check-in/out was easy. I provided an eating list and food and the medical records for Alex. Weekend staff wasn't really doing anything to care for my pet as all the lights were off at 12:30 in the afternoon in a room with no windows. There is a connection to a Facebook Page that gives visual updates, but dogs and cats were featured in updates more often than other pets. I received two updates over nine to ten days that showed a photo or two. I did want the caregiver to at least indicate that Alex was eating regularly, any behavior observed, or just sleeping a lot. I wasn't impressed, but had no choice but to leave her here.“
“I can't say enough good things about Boarding Bungalow. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. We have been going here almost 10 years, since they started this location (and actually even before that--when it was "Woofgang"). The employees are friendly, happy, and genuinely love the animals. They are always clean, efficient and organized. In 10 years, my dog has never gotten fleas or any illness here. Actually, she got her first flea in 10 years during quarantine when we weren't even going to BB. The owner, Kim, is lovely. You can tell she works her tail off (pun intended) and is always coming up with new, innovative things to implement. During COVID they offered "stimulus checks" and their latest addition, Bungalow University, just goes above and beyond. I love going to work and knowing my pup is being cared for and loved on. If you had anything but a great experience here, I would urge you to give it another try because that's definitely not the norm. I don't know what I would do without them!“

4200 Hide-A-Way Ln, Flower Mound“Saving AstroWhen we first adopted Astro, we had no idea what we were getting into. He seemed like a big, friendly husky. “He’s food aggressive,” said the lady at the rescue society where we picked him up. No problem, I thought. Over the last twenty years we’ve had many huskies, usually have at least 4 or 5 at a time, and I’ve dealt with dogs growling over their food bowl before and gotten through it. Astro, however, was much worse than that. He didn’t just have food aggression, he also had severe fear issues and clearly had been beaten or backed into a corner before. By the time we got to Victoria we had been through one trainer and Astro had bitten me three times, the last time pretty severely. I was lucky he hadn’t sent me to the hospital. For the first time in our life, my husband and I seriously considered euthanasia as an option. We couldn’t give him back to any adoption center or rescue knowing the danger he posed. We couldn’t let him put our other dogs at risk, not to mention the neighborhood kids. We had already put him on doggie Prozac, and he was still biting. Our vet suggested an animal behaviorist, as opposed to just a trainer. My husband found Victoria on a Google search and we asked her to come over right away. She started with evaluating all our dogs interacting together at my house, and spent well over an hour with me talking through the different incidents with Astro and when they happened, and what had happened before and after each incident. We had initially thought maybe we would send Astro to board with her and train for several weeks, but after the home visit she recommended that he stay here while we trained. Astro had so much fear and uncertainty in his behavior, he didn’t really need to be put in yet another new environment.Without going into every single detail, what I can tell you is that Astro today is a completely different dog than the one that would crouch at the back of his crate showing me all his teeth. He’s happy and gaining confidence every day. He used to shy away from our other dogs (including him we have 5 huskies), but now he plays with them. I went from being afraid to place a food bowl in front of him, to where now, when I place down the bowl, he’s wagging his tail and half the time I get a “thank you” slurp on the face as I put it down in front of him.Yes, it took months, and we had to get here in stages, but he’s part of the family now and a completely different dog. We carefully followed Victoria’s weekly instructions, to the letter. That means about 5 or 10 minutes EVERY day, 2 to 3 times a day, going through the exercises she showed us. It works, and it worked wonders for us. She pinpointed the very specific triggers and problems with Astro, and we worked in steps to train him to think and react differently and unlearn those bad behaviors. Victoria is not a “sit and stay” trainer. She looks at your dog’s individual and specific problems, and then tailors a program unique to your situation. We highly recommend her.“

1901 Wind River Ln #100, Denton“Your doctors are so kind and treat our animals like they are theirs. Always talking about how handsome our dog is. He's really an old decrepit dog but you would think that the doctors think he just won Westminster?. The pricing is amazing as well. It's always really busy there and for the reason is because they are awesome. Take your pet there.
Name and call me once after hours to give me blood test results. It's always 24 hours in blood test results are in. I love this service.
Our sweet old man dog was diagnosed with diabetes this past week. They put him on a plan and it was a quick turnaround for his eating and bathroom. Our family loves Denton Veterinary center.“

Once our dogs passed the evaluation, I was able to book a reservation for boarding. Our boarding experience was great. We received a photo "report card" for our dogs each day while they were in their care. It was SO nice to get that and see that they were doing well. They slept HARD for a few days once they were back home. Communication was swift and it was so appreciated. Definitely plan to use Swisher Dog Care for future boarding needs.“

2561 Valley View Ln, Farmers Branch“This is really difficult because we ended up having to have our 19 year old Kitty put to sleep. We got him as a 7-week-old kitten. He was half Burmese and half other cat. Loving, in fact demanded loving. Beautiful cat he was all about people.
People at the clinic were very sweet and let us have whatever time we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.“
“My German shepherd stayed with pet suites for 1 week and I was so nervous because I never left my dog with anyone before, but Tyesha, Megan, other staff and the manager gave me reassurance that everything would be okay. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my Ellie this past December. You can definitely trust them to watch out for your furr baby. I won’t go anywhere else except here!“
