Very happy with our first experience here. You can definitely tell the people here know dogs. We have 3 dogs, one of which is incredibly shy and anxious around people and new places. They were able to help him get comfortable enough for group play which was amazing!
Awesome job keeping us updated nightly of our dog's condition and stay quick to address any stressing or medical needs or questions. The dogs came home happy and healthy. And that's all we could ask for we're glad they're home, but now we know they have a safe place to stay if we have to leave.
My dog, Charlie is a 2 year old high energy beagle mix rescue. I’ve been taking him to PetSuites since I adopted him a year ago. He had been there for dayplay, boarding, training & grooming. I’ve tried 3 other local dayplay centers and this is the only one that Charlie acts happy to go in. He wags his tail, pulls to greet staff and jumps from excitement when we enter. The staff is friendly & accommodating, often accepting last minute reservations. They seem to take safety seriously, monitoring vaccinations, separating dogs of different sizes or energy levels and providing enough staff to diffuse situations.
