“I recently visited Pearle Vision EyeCare Center for an eye exam, and I must say, I was extremely impressed! The place had really modern equipment, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.The optometrist who examined me was truly amazing. They listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to explain each step of the exam in a way that was easy for me to understand. I was amazed by the advanced technology they used during the exam, which gave really accurate results.What I liked the most was how nice everyone was. “They were very nice to me. I came in asking about getting my eye exam and they questioned about my insurance and they were baffled by my answer and I explained to them about it and they were very curious about why my insurance did what they did and we had a pleasant conversation. They were trying to get to know me on a one on one basis and that was really nice. I have issues with my eyes so being able to talk to them about these issues made me confident because they didn’t judge me and were there to help me so I can see better. One of the lady’s that was there had to leave but the other one took over and really made the rest of the exam kind of relaxing. When I was asking questions about my old prescription she gave sad new about the difference but now I understand why I was having a problem and she explained it to me and she had me try on they new prescription with their set and I was so joyous because I could actually see and I was reading at 20/20. I was so happy. We went next door and she helped me pick out a pair of new glasses and I love them. So excited I can’t wait to get them.!Thank you ladies at 20/20 you were amazing“
“I came here recently not expecting much besides my annual eye exam. Most eye doctors i've seen rush and are borderline rude but not Farrah Khoja. She was very quick, yet thorough. She addressed all my questions and didn't dismiss anything I said. I feel like she was patient while examining me and I was in and out. I was given a receipt that showed everything I paid for vs what my insurance covered and I left with my new prescription.“
“The doctor is great, the lady who handles the front desk is great. My only advice to the clinic; is if a customer sits down to try on glasses, then don't make the customer get up to move to the other side of the table when both sides are the same and have the same chairs.“
