The doctor is great, the lady who handles the front desk is great. My only advice to the clinic; is if a customer sits down to try on glasses, then don't make the customer get up to move to the other side of the table when both sides are the same and have the same chairs.

My husband and I had a great experience at Bristol Family Eyecare-Lakeway. Everyone was extremely nice, professional and helpful. We liked them so much that my husband is taking his 89 year old dad there in a few weeks.

My wife and I had our first appointment at the Lakeway office. The staff is very friendly. Our appointments started on time. The exam results were explained clearly. After checking out we reviewed our charges more carefully and returned to question several items, one of which was reversed. The selection of frames at this location isn't large. We were advised that the Bee Caves office has a much larger selection. I opted to go to Lens Crafters, however, for the new glasses.
