12/15/23. I had an issue with a toilet that would not flush a few days ago. Lantzs sent out Willie Kruger to diagnose & repair. We replaced the old toilet but this did not work Willie promised me at that point that he was going to figure it out & get it fixed. He got his boss Mark involved. Willie returned for numerous days checking the plumbing with a camera amongst other things. He worked o in repeatedly for several days & he finally replaced the toilet again with a different type & solved the problem. He worked his butt off & between him & mark problem solved with only minimal cost to me. Once again He’ll of a job by Lantzs as always most plumbers would have just given up. Not these guys!!! Just can’t say enough good things about these guys. I have used Lantzs several times for plumbing & AC. Great results every time. Way to go guys!!!! Thanks again!!!’ Steve FoxMonday 3/4/24. Without question the best critter and rodent control team. To begin with, they responded quickly to my request for service. Upon arrival they were polite, professional, and thorough in their inspection. Their work was performed diligently with attention to detail. Our home is now free of the ringtail cats that had made a nest in our chimney. So thankful we selected them for the task. Do not hesitate to reach out to them.

Ken and his crew did a fantastic job on our new flooring! We had new hardwood floors installed in our guest room, and we’re very happy with it. Great attention to detail, and the floor looks beautiful. The crew was professional, efficient, communicative and took pride in doing quality work. Also, they’re local in Lago Vista. From the moment you walk into the door the experience at BRATFACE is amazing. Shelley is so welcoming… you’d think you’re best friends from way back when!! As a first timer for a facial (at 67 yrs old) the whole experience is so relaxing. From the cleanser, to the hot lavender towel wraps to the massage of face/neck/shoulders…you are pampered to the fullest. Will definitely be back for more! I feel like I have a poker face now!!! ?
I am so grateful to Dr. Roark for taking her time to call me in response to my emailed questions about my hyperthyroid cat. She thoroughly explained what could be causing the increased nausea/vomiting and the best course of action to try first.Every team member at the clinic has always been kind, compassionate, and helpful! I can’t say my cat enjoys going there, but it doesn’t seem too traumatic for her.

I visited North Shore yesterday. The screw was missing from the hinge on my sunglasses. They replaced the screw, no charge. They are great, and the office is very nice, and has an excellent choice of eyewear.
