I am so grateful to Dr. Roark for taking her time to call me in response to my emailed questions about my hyperthyroid cat. She thoroughly explained what could be causing the increased nausea/vomiting and the best course of action to try first.Every team member at the clinic has always been kind, compassionate, and helpful! I can’t say my cat enjoys going there, but it doesn’t seem too traumatic for her.

The team at Lago Vista Animal Clinic have cared for three of our dogs since we moved to Jonestown in 2011. They provide quality, pragmatic care, and they make it easy to care for our dogs with a simple app that allows us reorder meds and reminds us about taking quarterly meds and scheduling annual visits. They have cared for our dogs from adoption to the end of their lives, and always showed us and our pets extraordinary care and compassion.

I have taken my pups to Lago Vista Animal Clinic for more than 15 years and they have always provided wonderful and compassionate care. The doctors and staff are top notch, and I would recommend them to anyone (and I have).
