“They were very nice to me. I came in asking about getting my eye exam and they questioned about my insurance and they were baffled by my answer and I explained to them about it and they were very curious about why my insurance did what they did and we had a pleasant conversation. They were trying to get to know me on a one on one basis and that was really nice. I have issues with my eyes so being able to talk to them about these issues made me confident because they didn’t judge me and were there to help me so I can see better. One of the lady’s that was there had to leave but the other one took over and really made the rest of the exam kind of relaxing. When I was asking questions about my old prescription she gave sad new about the difference but now I understand why I was having a problem and she explained it to me and she had me try on they new prescription with their set and I was so joyous because I could actually see and I was reading at 20/20.
