“I’ll start from the beginning, my tankless water heater was throwing an error code. Wilson McLain was the company that did the plumbing on our house when it was being built. So of course I called them, why wouldn’t I, we’ve been very happy with our plumbing. So I called earlier this week for an appointment. The lady who made my appointment was awesome, she even called me right back after I had just talked to her about something for which I’ve forgotten the cause. I received a call Wednesday to see if I was available today instead of Friday. So I changed my appointment willingly. She informed me that I’d get a call in the morning telling me when he would be arriving. Taylor did call me and showed up promptly. He is very considerate, took his boots off at the front door. He is very polite, professional and happy. He was able to recreate the situation and explained it to me. I will highly recommend this company and Taylor.“

He made sure we had all of the information we needed to make a decision on fixing our unit. He didn’t try to sell us a new unit or an expensive unneeded repair.
