I like millions of other Texans had water pipe damage from the recent freeze. I called McLain plumbing on the recommendation of a contractor friend. They were extremely backlogged as most plumbers were but gave me a date and time they would be at my house and they were there. After three hours of replacing multiple pipe burst's we were back in business with water. Evert (hope that's right) worked in a professional manner fixing this system from one line to the next. My upstairs toilet was leaking through to the downstairs. I had Benjamin Franklin come out and they told me it would be an $1,100 fix... I called Wilson for a second opinion and they got there in less than 24 hours AND fixed the toilet on the spot for $175!! Will definitely be using again!

We had a shower that wouldn't stop running late one evening. After calling the answering service, the technician called me and walked me through what I needed to do to repair it myself. I was able to save what would have been a lot of money by just following his clear directions! Tremendous customer service!
