“I absolutely love this company! I have an 80 year old house and there were some issues when I purchased it several years ago. I tried other plumbing companies for a few other things but since things which I thought should have been fixed kept breaking, I took another person's recommendation and called Knee Deep Plumbing. Once Knee Deep started working on my house, I knew no one else would even get the option. Every time they have come out they have been courteous, professional, explained what options were available, given a time frame, and correctly completed the work without issue.They also are always on time, and they send photos and texts ahead of time to tell me which plumbing professional is going to be at my house, which I love.I feel it is super important to note, as many women have absolutely experienced this: If you are a woman who owns a house, and a company sends men (specifically men) to work on your house, and if there's a man you live with, some of those men working on things will only talk to your male friend/husband/roommate/partner, even if you are clearly the person asking the questions and paying the bill. I for one am always infuriated by this and feel degraded, and it tends to happen a lot.Out of all the plumbing personnel Knee Deep has sent out for various projects, all of them were men, all of them were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and not one of those men has ignored me, downplayed my concerns, or answered my partner instead of me when I specifically asked a question. That for me speaks incredible volumes and means everything.My last project was a prickly one (broken pipe under one part of pier and beam, and they had to check under both sides of the split level pier and beam foundation to make sure all was well, and then fix the pipe).I wanted to give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO CUYLER AND ROSS for this specific project, not only because they were awesome in general, but also because I know my job took time away from another job (there were complications) and not once did they make me feel bad about it. I'm even more thankful because when I asked about tips to keep that specific problematic line clean, they provided me with not only the appropriate type of cleaner for my cast irons but also the type of machine I could utilize in a pinch to help keep things moving. I learned a great deal that day and am grateful for their candor. Incredibly stellar service. I'm here for life.Also - every time I have called to schedule an appointment, I also want to note / give a SHOUT OUT TO SUE, and say I just love her as well because she is so kind and friendly. Everyone at this company who I've had the pleasure of speaking to has been fantastic. “We had multiple companies provide an estimate for our water heater to be replaced and Paschal was actually an after thought. We noticed several recent good reviews for Paschal so we went ahead and had them come even though our mind was already made up to go with another company. Paschal impressed us with their friendly and personable interaction on the phone and the technician, Matt that came to our home was incredibly polite and pleasant to speak with. While all the techs that came to our house seemed knowledgeable, Matt just made us feel more comfortable and at ease. We changed our mind from our original choice and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Matt came the next day and did the work quickly and efficiently. The quality was excellent and the pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Paschal to anyone considering plumbing or HVAC work, in fact we are having them come back for a toilet replacement next week.“

“If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!Our water pipes froze. I called the property managment and they sent out Felipe with Rush. He poked around the yard a little, in 11 degree weather, and could not find anything. He said that he had an idea and that he would be back. He came back and told me to let him know if the water came back on. He was outside for at least 45 minutes (again, its 11 degrees). Finally the water came back on!! He was able to find and repair the frozen part. Felipe is truly a God send. He could have cut the main and told us to wait until it thawed, but he did not. He is a professional that went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were okay. Definitely recommend!!“

“This company is fantastic. After our hot water heater blew and we couldn’t get the previous company we’d worked with to even consider coming out on a weekend, and then trying another company that literally advertises “same day hot water heater replacement”, I fortunately found Josh. He answered immediately on a Sunday morning, had someone out a couple of hours later to provide a temporary fix, and had the unit replaced by Monday.But where this company REALLY stood out is we had an issue that was difficult to diagnose, and didn’t necessarily make a lot of sense that it might have been connected to the hot water heater. Instead of blowing us off like so many others would have, he stayed just as responsive, and sent out an electrician TWICE to ensure the problem was resolved, which in fact had nothing to do with the service he’d provided rather it was a bad circuit breaker. That is absolute next level service, and as such he’s the only person we will use in the future.We didn’t have to go through a contact center, I could communicate with him in my preferred methodology (text), and he didn’t charge for either the initial service appointment or other of the follow ups which he would have been well within his rights to do and frankly I expected him to do so.You just don’t find folks like this any more. He’s one we’ll hold onto and very much share with friends and neighbors! Thanks for all you do.“
