“I had the unfortunate task of having to find a new "intimate care specialist" at the last possible moment. I googled and came across the Silk Monkey and decided to give it a chance. I had already had 3 other waxers before this. The services that I utilize are: Brazilian and Underarm waxing. What I absolutely love about Krystal is her candor, expertise, and the wealth of knowledge. This is the first time, in all the years of getting waxed, that I received education on the potential causes and possible fixes for some of my problem areas. After my first session and taking Krystal's advice, in a matter of days/weeks I was already seeing improvements. I told her about some products I was using and she took the time to give me pointers on how to make them work best for my situation. We are always able to have a good ole chat, laugh about anything, and I can absolutely appreciate that given the task at hand. She is literally a blessing and a breath of fresh air. Scheduling with Krystal is 50/50 for me.. 50% for the waxing and 50% for the chatting and an overall 100% for the experience.“

“I was referred to Ms. Dee, by the VA and from the moment I came into her shop she welcomed me with open arms, heart, and mind. She has the kindest heart and enjoys the her job and making sure the client is happy in all aspects. She took the measurements according to your head and asked you what kind of wig you like all the fixings. Her professionalism is beyond amazing and laying the wig down awesome. If there are any issues she will help with no problem or complaints, will always make you feel welcomed. I will refer all veterans to her for their hair care needs.“

“I am 34 and had lost a lot of hair due to being in the military. (the stress and always wearing cover) I was hesitent on getting any treatment as when I took medicine it was only a temporary fix. But now that I took the plunge and got a scalp tattoo, I regret not getting it sooner! It took a long time and was painful but the results speak for themselves. I look at the mirror and look 10 years younger and gives me a huge confidence boost. Thank you Mr. Han you are a wizard in scalp tattooing. 10/10 will always do it again if I can.“
