Cassie is experienced and knowledgeable about what she does and it comes through in her work - - she's also so friendly and easy to talk to, I felt comfortable with her in no time at all.Whiplashed is easy to get to and they've got a giant, free parking lot which is a big deal imo, you can tell they prioritized customer experience over a location in a trendy part of Austin and I really appreciate it.“

“So happy with my eyebrows!I went for a eyebrow shaping and waxing appointment!Like many of us I’ve been on a journey with my eyebrows. They grow in different directions and have never looked like sisters let alone friends. My eyebrows naturally are different proportions and one is higher than the other. I let them grow out for maybe a month or so before scheduling a appointment here.I was very pleased with the amount of time and accuracy she took shaping my eyebrows before waxing. I told her an idea of what I wanted but ultimately left it to her what she thought would look best. I’m happy I did!Her salon was very comfortable and after the payment was super easy. Very good price.She also has more services to offer as well and I would consider doing more in the future and will recommend to any friends and family that need any waxing services. “Oh, what a delightful morning. I went to Radiance Luxury Spa for Mother's Day pampering. Erika Shall was amazing. The environment is so calm and relaxing. I was treated to a full body dry brush and scrub along with an invigorating massage. I was then wrapped in an infrared sauna blanket and given one of the best facials of my life. Erika took great care after the wrap to make sure I was steady on my feet. You sweat a lot during this treatment and it was nice to have a steady hand. I highly recommend Erika and her spa!“
