“I had the unfortunate task of having to find a new "intimate care specialist" at the last possible moment. I googled and came across the Silk Monkey and decided to give it a chance. I had already had 3 other waxers before this. The services that I utilize are: Brazilian and Underarm waxing. What I absolutely love about Krystal is her candor, expertise, and the wealth of knowledge. This is the first time, in all the years of getting waxed, that I received education on the potential causes and possible fixes for some of my problem areas. After my first session and taking Krystal's advice, in a matter of days/weeks I was already seeing improvements. I told her about some products I was using and she took the time to give me pointers on how to make them work best for my situation. We are always able to have a good ole chat, laugh about anything, and I can absolutely appreciate that given the task at hand. She is literally a blessing and a breath of fresh air. Scheduling with Krystal is 50/50 for me.. 50% for the waxing and 50% for the chatting and an overall 100% for the experience.“

“I have been coming to Palm Beach Tan before it was Palm Beach Tan since I moved to Killeen in 2017 when it used to be Sun Catchers. I have been a faithful customer for both companies. The ladies at each location in Temple and Killeen have always been accommodating. They have worked with me a few times with my account by activating it again or removing the late fee. Great customer support, always clean. The new tanning beds are amazing. They always replace the bulbs and the recently renovated the Salons. One thing I would hope they add is body mirrors into the tanning bed rooms, so I’m able to see myself after laying in the bed.Thank you again PBT.“

“Found Cheri on Google and the stellar reviews are true- this is the best salon ever!! I called Cheri and she found time in her schedule and got me in immediately. I didn’t know at the time, but she was giving me a haircut I’ll remember for the rest of my life. So many people have complimented my hair after seeing this picture.
