I went in after getting a butchered cut from somewhere else. and the girl who worked on my hair (Jessica) was amazing. I went somewhere else and asked for a layered V-Cut, and I left there with no layers and a choppy v. when I got to Highlights Salon and Spa. everyone was very welcoming and Jessica immediately made me feel comfortable and she gave me a plan to fix my hair. I took my kids here for their first barbershop cut. The cuts were good and despite a slight communication barrier, he did a phenomenal job. He was patient with my children and treated them with kindness and respect. I love that my kids were able to have this experience.
They lost a star because we had to wait 40 mins past our appointment time and there wasn’t communication regarding what was going on or who we were seeing which made me feel a little awkward (but I’m typically a very awkward person so there you go.) I wasn’t sure who to speak to. I did almost leave because I wasn’t sure my kids could handle waiting (they’re disabled). Next time will be better as it will be more familiar and we’ll know who we’re seeing and what to expect.
Overall it was a good time for my kids once they were in the chair.

The shop got new management within the last year. The old reviews are out of date now. The shop is good. They give good cuts and nowadays everywhere in Killeen is just as pricy so I might as well go here.

His ombré design of teal that faded into a white at the tips was so perfect!! I also had the best pedicure ever! It was sooo relaxing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The establishment was very clean which is huge factor for me especially when deciding to have my feet done.

This is the best place for everything. from customer service to physical service, they are great. i’ve never left this place disappointed. Linda is my number one. but everyone else is great as well. Linda took care of all my needs and more. I got a full set with amazing color , waxed brows and tinted brows . Coming from somebody that doesn’t like to spend money on themselves, she really turned this day into a self-care day, and i feel so great.

This review is long overdue. I struggle with PTSD and decided to call into work and take a mental health day back in March. I strolled up to Balance and took a chance at being seen as a walk in. These ladies were so amazing and Cheri made time for me in between her appointments to give me a lash lift and a much needed cut. I am a DIY person and did quite a number on my hair and Cheri fixed it all up for me! And I promised never to cut my own hair again lol I have been able to style my hair in so many ways ever since Cheri cut it. she was so friendly and the vibe truly made such a difference for me! I was having such a hard time and I felt so pretty walking away with my hair styled and lashes lifted sorry I took so long to write this review! Josh has been doing my tattoos for almost 10 years before he even had this place as his own shop. I don’t live in Texas anymore but I made a last minute trip here to visit family and Josh was able to squeeze me and 3 of my family members in for a last minute all day appointment before I went back home. As always he did an amazing time and it’s always the best time talking to him bed he makes great conversations and just makes everything so enjoyable. Even though I don’t live here anymore I will forever recommend him to all my Texas people who want a tattoo. He will talk you through the design and tell you what would be best so that it doesn’t look bad a few years down the road to make sure you’re getting a quality piece. The piece he did nearly 10 year ago still looks brand new and the color hasn’t faded at all.

I had issues with no electrical power for about 2 of my rooms. One room been the computer room where we have all our electronics: internet routers, alarm hard drive, WiFi and working areas. I was very worry because this systems are essential for me but more for my wife, who is a teacher and does a lot of computer work for lessons plans, etc. We are thankful that were we're taking care of our electric issues by Mr. John and Mr. Steve who were super professional, skill, polite and approachable. As soon as they came in my house they when to test and diagnose the problem that was fix in one hour. From now on you can count on getting my business and my family. They were very helpful we had some issues with the key because I had an older car but they didn’t give up until it was made right will definitely recommend to friends and family.

DynaClean (Temple) has serviced our home twice in the last year due to water damage caused by faulty HVAC unit. Glenn and Oscar have been amazing in their timeliness, attentiveness and attention to detail. Luis (own of DynaClean) has also touched based with us to make sure clean up was to our satisfaction and see if we needed anything else from them. Nice touch! DynaClean has a crew of technicians that also have serviced our home, Justin and Chris.. both excellent. Our repairs are still in process for this most current situation but I expect we will be very satisfied with DynaClean's work. In addition, they work very well with our insurance company, USAA. I believe they charge fair pricing for their work.

I just arrived in town to find the carpet in our new house to be unusably disgusting (my best guess is most likely due to the previous occupants' pets). With less than 12 hours until my wife and small sons (one of whom is 12 months old) were due to arrive, I called Killeen Steam Team and they came out the same day. Flexibly dealing with my confused descriptions of how much work needed to be done, they not only vacuumed the house, but treated and cleaned the carpets in a way that made a night and day difference, and on top of that, their service was not only both friendly and efficient, but also extremely cost-effective. Killeen pest control is a very good pest control company. I used them on occasions when I needed someone to spray for a final inspection. Real good service there product works very well against all pest.

I first saw Dr Mecka when I was pregnant. I was miserable, in so much pain it was unbearable. After my first visit, my pain was so much better. Now it’s been a year since I started seeing her, my whole family goes to see her. Her office is clean, she’s extremely friendly and kind. She’s always accommodating of my special needs kids, super patient! They love her, we all do!

I am more than happy with the care my baby received here. It was an emergency and they treated him better than the hospital the night before. I had not gotten a primary vet at the time and they had no reason to trust me. They charged me with the most reasonable and affordable plan, choices of two plans, only after a real ASsEssment of my MooCow, unlike the animal hospital , where they did an estimate , not an actual assessment and charged 185 dollars calling it an exam only. Then 1200 plus for the procedure he needed . Those folks were not concerned about my baby. I was super impressed and relieved to find this clinic that will now be his primary care clinic. I was able to choose a plan that I could pay for that day as they expect especially if you are not an established patient (pup). Dr. Mathew Davis was awesome and kind, and
gentle. And hopefully my baby will do well when his stitches are removed soon. He seems to be doing great so far. He got his little personality back after a rough animal attack.

Dr. Ledger has been great with my Maya, a Pit/Coarso. She can be a handful and other Drs have seemed to rush thru the process never really giving her a thorough examination. Dr. Ledger comes in and gets down on his knee and pets her and gives her time to settle and then he checks everything. Not only what I’m in there for. I think he’s great. In May 2024, I took my Yorkie Rio here for dog training and we were paired with Tierra. She was amazing with our Rio and Rio immediately took to Tierra, Both Rio and I learned so much from Tierra. She is patient and encouraging and we had fun. We signed up to take the next training class (Advanced) with Tierra. So happy with her.

Husband and I went for a couples massage. We really enjoyed it. This was my first massage. I must say it was a wonderful experience. We both really enjoyed it and the massage therapist's are amazing. We will be returning for sure.
My favorite massage spot in Killeen. I always leave there feeling a whole lot better and relaxed as hell. Added bonus, they are also the cheapest option I've found and I've been to damn near every spot around here.
Good message therapy experience. Sam did an aging job amd help me relax and got all the kink and sore spots out my back and legs. Recommend making an appointment with Sam or any of the other therapist on the staff...

These people are awesome. Had to go for 3 months after a car accident and never had a bad experience. ALL of the front desk staff greets you every time you walk in and even started saying my name. At first it was a lot, and then I started to look forward to walking in for my appointments because they're so happy and friendly! Especially on a bad day. I don't feel like just another patient. I love this place! I’ve been twice now, once for a foot massage and again for a full body ( with clothes) massage. Abraham provided a deep tissue massage that helped relieve some tension I had from my job as a nurse and working out. I hadn’t had a neck massage in awhile and I’m grateful to have went here! Wanted to update my review. I’ve been going here for about a 2 years now and i STILL LOVE IT! I can go with my friends and get massages together, i can go with my husband and get a double room or i can go by myself! One thing i truly love it the ability to make same day appointments. Sometimes i get off work and i iust need a massage in that moment not tomorrow today and theres always availability. They are also open until 10 so its perfect to get a massage before bed. They are all very receptive if you want them to apply more pressure or less they adjust. Dont be afraid to speak up! I will definitely be back. I try to come once a month or twice if its in my budget. The hot stones are a life saver in the 1hr clothes off massage!
