The staff here were very polite and friendly. I felt welcomed, cared for and valued as a customer.I came in for a nose piercing and Nick (the piercer) was awesome from start to finish!!!!She imparted much needed information about my piercing, as well as the pro’s and cons of the different placements and types of jewelry to use.After my consultation, I felt quite confident and empowered with my choices..She explained to me the process from start to finish; And despite my low pain tolerance and fear of needles, she was extremely patient and comforting..I barely felt anything and it was done before I knew it!THANK YOU FOR DOING A GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Miss Mac did a great job on piercing my hubs' ears. She took an amazing amount of time to answer questions and make suggestions.When we talked about tattoos fixes and additions, she even got one of the artists to come talk with us as well.The place itself was clean.While not y he fault of the St u did, I do wish the sidewalk was wider and the door threshold was smoother for whee k chair crossing.

I went to get my smiley and tongue pierced, and the lady was so welcoming and nice. She also was very informational and told me all about the risks and my aftercare. I definitely will be back to get more. Plus you can't beat her prices!
