Joe came and checked out my hot water heater. It turned out the unit was in such bad shape that the wiring had burned and burned some of the insulation in the tank. He unplugged the heater. I knew the heater needed to be replaced, but did not realize it was also a fire hazard. Joe came the next day to replace the system. He explained everything to me. I felt comfortable with him in my house and confident in his work. The office staff is outstanding. Norma came in to work early to set up me up with a new heater. They came by listened and went right to work. Finished the job quickly. The office personnel were polite and answered all my questions without issue. They will be the first call I make if I need a plumber again. Thank you
