“came home to find our ac wasn't working in the Texas heat I could wait to get it fixed, star air is the only place I could find that has a 24 hour line I called star air I explained what I was hearing and they where knowledgeable and sent a tech out within the the hour. before Mike left he called to confirm the info so he ensured he had the right part and had what he would need to get us back In the cool. Mike showed up and got right to work, he was very professional and very helpful and was done within an hour. Mike saved the day!!“

I used them the other day for my annual heating check up and can safely say they've got a lifetime customer from me if they keep up the good work. Riley and Thomas showed up right on time (the earliest part of the window I was provided, with a text before hand to make sure I was good for their arrival) and got to work right away checking everything over. “When our AC failed a neighbor recommended a company they used. A full service company that does everything including yard and insect control. When the technician came out he told us our motor failed and needed replaced. This was an expensive repair. We then called Bryan who originally installed our system. Long story short the motor was not bad but the over flow was blocked and shut down the system. He then said that the high voltage line to the motor was disconnected. Bryan reconnected it and cleaned out the overflow line and the system started right up. Bryan is honest and I highly recommend him for any HVAC work.“

“DTC Air Conditioning & Heating is awesome!! My A/C went out in August and after hours. I called and left a message not expecting a call back until the next business day. My call was returned in less than 30 minutes. Kevin asked a few questions about what was going on. He then told me he was on the way to another service call and would let me know when he was on the way to my house. Less than 30 minutes later Kevin called and told me he was on the way. He was at my house less than 10 minutes and had diagnosed the problem. He then drove to his warehouse to get the part and had me back up and running less than 2 hours after my first call.
