“Pricey (like any 24 hr Emergency vet), but the staff was very friendly and you can stay with your dog in their innovative, open concept ER. They gave us a quote and we were able to chose the treatments we wanted for our dog. Thankfully our princess is recovering well; the hospital helped us make sure our baby wasn't bleeding internally from her accident.Hopefully we won't need to visit them again, but they will be our first choice if we need emergency vet services again.“

“Have been there more times than I would like the last few weeks getting our schnauzers eye fixed up. Always greeted with a smile and they always remember who we are even on the phone. Austin has a shortage of pet eye care so we have been driving in for appts and they are always so accommodating. Probably will continue to drive here for anything eye related moving forward. My fur baby, Kota has been with echo lane since 2017, I switched to them from banfield. All the staff and doctors are super nice and efficient! I love their timely communication ! Due to work, we moved to Tokyo, Japan. We knew the move since summer 2022. Getting pets to Japan has been a super long and tedious process. I didn’t know much so I didn’t get an animal travel agent. But I can’t stress enough that how much echo lane has helped me with the whole way from step 1 to get Kota finally land his paws to Japan land, on Dec 13th 2023. Dr, Allison and Leslie have been extra amazing working with me to get the paperwork needed for Kota to get on board. They truly care for your fur babies. When we are back to Houston we will definitely go back to them. Sorry for the late review. I truly appreciate everything echo lane team did!Bark!“

“We can't praise Midtown highly enough. A dear friend recommended Dr. Clive when our 8-year-old Rottie started having some issues and another vet had trouble making a solid diagnosis. Dr. Clive identified the problem immediately and saw our boy through a late-life neutering without a hitch. At some other places, we felt that there was not enough care taken with anesthesia in previous procedures, including one scare where we had trouble waking him up. Midtown did an amazing, careful job of giving him exactly the right amount to be comfortable and safe. Our follow-ups for regular care items have been just as positive. The whole staff is incredible, with a special shout-out to Margaret. If it wasn't indelicate, I would add the post-operative photo sequence so you can see the precise work and rapid healing from this surgery, which can be more complicated in older dogs. He is nine next month and has never been happier or healthier. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy, Midtown!“

“My husband had to bring our bunny,Mr.Nibbles, in today to have his eyes checked due to complications from a bacterial ear issue that we were worried was affecting his eye sight. My husband stated that Dr.Wagner was very informative and helped us with a game plan to help fix the eye concerns.She was prompt in contacting our regular exotics vet to speak about what all needs to happen to help as well. “For anyone who is hesitant or has any concerns about a mobile vet, I am here to tell you, do not be afraid to call Chasing Tails Mobile Vet Services. Emily and Dr. K Heydt showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Both were very pleasant and easy to talk to. They quickly introduced themselves and immediately went to work inquiring all the info needed for our fur baby. They both walked in excited and praised our 96lb baby to get acquainted. They are both prepared with treats and positivity. Bean was very excited to meet them, and both spent time on his level. Dr. Heydt took her time to get to know Bean while Emily spoiled him to get him as comfortable as he could be, considering he is suffering from Happy Tail Syndrome and an ear infection. I could not have asked for a better visit. They both will have a discussion about ailments, how your fur baby typically responds, habits, etc. They will do whatever is needed to keep your fur babies as comfortable and happy as possible. They will discuss treatment plans and options that work best for you and your family.I am truly grateful they were recommended to me, and they will reward those who refer. And I love how both will spend the time to answer any questions and go over everything before they leave.I have never experienced customer service and care the way these two have shown today!!I highly recommend and will confirm they really are the best!!“
