My dog has always had skin issues. They are amazing people who really care. They explain everything so well with detailed and hands on experience. Giving medications that work. He's so much better now. I love them.

I highly recommend this animal clinic. I'd taken my cat to two other vet clinics where they did many costly tests and provided no answers other than the option of more tests. I went here and they tried, instead of trying to empty my pockets, to look at a simple approach. And what do you know, my cat's cured. Some of these clinics are rackets disguised as having some higher connection and love to animals where you're guilted into padding their pockets. Ponderosa's first goal is solving the problem for you, because we all love our pets, and that's not something to be preyed upon - which let's be honest too often it subtly is. This doctor took his time with me and listened to my concerns about my Tater. He explained thoroughly what a collapsed trachea is and what I could expect. His office staff was kind and caring. So happy I found Dr. Drow.
