Have been there more times than I would like the last few weeks getting our schnauzers eye fixed up. Always greeted with a smile and they always remember who we are even on the phone. Austin has a shortage of pet eye care so we have been driving in for appts and they are always so accommodating. Probably will continue to drive here for anything eye related moving forward. The staff are just the best.

Dr. Swanson has been keeping my dogs' one eye healthy ever since I adopted my sweet pooch. I trust the staff to make reasonable suggestions and take good care of us. Their prices are very reasonable for specialty care and I love the option to just come straight to them if my boy has an eyeball emergency outside standard hours. The Campbell Road location isn't close to me but I have no hesitations about driving for the best care.

Facility is clean and festive (Halloween). The clinic kitten is SUPER sweet. The customer service representative, technician, and Dr. Kohle Heremann we all very polite and helpful. Dr. Heremann was very thorough and knowledgeable. I also genuinely appreciated the way he and the technician handled/worked with my cat.
