“When I arrived everyone was very welcoming and I was taken to the back in seconds no waiting. The associate who help get my all my tests done was quick and very polite through the whole process. Was in the room in minutes and Dr. Hopping was in the room soon after the associate had all my data from test ready for his evaluation. Dr. Hopping was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He explained all the results and talked me through his plan to keep my eyes healthy. He gave me a lot of information on how to help keep my eyes in good conditions. The associate that helped me with my fittings for glasses was very helpful and understood what I was looking for in glasses. I am so happy with my visit it was a hour long and I feel that everyone was very friendly. They did an awesome job giving me a what I needed to keep my eye sight on track.“

“The team at LasikPlus has been so wonderful and friendly it feels almost like a gimmick. From my consultation to the procedure to post op follow up and care. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The procedure itself was so fast and painless, the most uncomfortable part (which honestly wasn’t uncomfortable at all) was the flap creation which just felt like pressure from the machine on the periphery of the eye and lasted a few seconds. The actual laser part was just you staring at a green light and was over within seconds. I got up off the table and was able to see, though it was hazy, which is normal. Went home took a nap and woke up able to see even better. If you’ve ever considered LASIK do it. It’s the best, I wish I had done it sooner, but my anxiety got the worst of me for such a long time and honestly it was the least uncomfortable thing I’ve ever done! Thanks to the team at LASIK Plus!“

“The staff and Doctor were amazing. The doctor had a way of speaking to my 50 year old mentally ill brother who also has intellectual developmental disabilities. His Spanish accent did not make it difficult to understand what he tried to explain. He joked with my brother and was very playful but respected our time and the patient. There were several families with young children that he seemed to connect with. The little ones would wave and felt very comfortable in his presence. This facility was difficult to find but we were pleasantly surprised that the office was so nice and clean. They do take medicaid which is a big plus. The office is on the first floor of a tall building nestled between a shopping center that had tons of restaurants right across from where Greenspoint Mall use to be. The staff was very helpful and personable. We paid $272 for brand named frames that came with magnetic shades. Medicaid paid for the eye exam and lenses only. Looking forward to the new pair of glasses.“
