“I use to live in apartments near this office and bought glasses from them years ago. I was happy then. Moved to Boerne but r ecently came back as I work at USAA and it was nearby. Small location but they had a plethora of choices and I ended up getting eyeglasses here. The receptionist, forget her name, was helpful & friendly, and the system to notify me when my glasses were ready was convenient. Would come back again. I’m enjoying my new frames.“

“Warby is my go-to for all things optical. I've been buying glasses from them since 2016 (when I used to have to go to Austin or order online). I was so happy when they opened the La Cantera location! Now I didn't have to plan a day trip to buy glasses! Their frames and lenses are quality and the customer service is always spot on and friendly! You can browse as much as you'd like and try every single frame on with no muss or fuss. Staff is super helpful and won't hound you (very important to me) every five seconds, but they're available should you need them. Warby will always be my first choice for eyewear needs!“

“Two days before Christmas (12/23/2023), the frames of my glasses broke at the hinge. I am blind as a bat without glasses. And at Christmas!I remembered that I had a spare pair of the exact frames which I bought years ago. We had only moved to TX 6 months ago, so we hadn't yet established optometry care, but my husband remembered Texas State Optical just a mile from our home.The door was locked, I supposed for their lunch break, but then I saw that apparently the employees were in the middle of their Christmas party. Still, one of the employees opened the door & asked what I needed. She immediately invited us in & took my glasses to the back room. Within 10 minutes I had my glasses. When I asked the charge. "None!" she said, "Merry Christmas!" I was too astounded to even ask her name. I sure hope they take Aetna insurance because that one act earned my thanks, respect & customers for life! Thank you, Texas State Optical!“
