This place is absolutely amazing!!! My girlfriend had an emergency situation on the day of an important exam, where one of her contacts split in half. Her next order of contacts will not arrive until tomorrow. Her old eye doctor, Dr. Annela Arredondo of Arredondo Vision on De Zavala, refused to accommodate this situation. She even suggested that my girlfriend purchase a $500+ ADDITIONAL annual supply of contacts...even though the one she already bought gets here literally tomorrow. The office played games with us and it was a complete joke, to be honest. So, I decided to call around and see who could help. Doctor is so awesome! She’s soPersonable and takes her time to really get to know you and remember you as well! Great vibe! Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very simple and stress free process from the scheduling to exam and ordering the glasses! Great selection of eyewear and music is always positive and upbeat!
