Warby is my go-to for all things optical. I've been buying glasses from them since 2016 (when I used to have to go to Austin or order online). I was so happy when they opened the La Cantera location! Now I didn't have to plan a day trip to buy glasses! Their frames and lenses are quality and the customer service is always spot on and friendly! You can browse as much as you'd like and try every single frame on with no muss or fuss. Staff is super helpful and won't hound you (very important to me) every five seconds, but they're available should you need them. Warby will always be my first choice for eyewear needs!
Your store employees were helpful, asked questions I didn't even anticipate their asking and made special care that I was totally satisfied with the glasses and adjustment before I had to leave.
The customer service was top tier. The employee who was assisting my teenage son was extremely attentive and engaging.She made sure he had multiple options and was patient. Even interacted with my 7 yr old. Awesome experience.
