“This facility is conveniently located and easily accessible on the far northwest side (Alamo Ranch area). It is easy to make an appointment and wait times are short, if waiting is needed at all. Dr. Gonzalez-Oliva is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. In this annual checkup, she provided additional helpful information on selecting a ophthalmologist. Marcos handled in-processing extremely well. He was efficient and thorough throughout the process. He asked questions and sought clarifications to my answers, when needed. He was both professional and personable in our discussion. I highly recommend this practice!“

“Well that was the day I bought the glasses. 4 1/2 months later the lens are breaking in them. I walked in and showed them what has happened to my glasses the lady asked me if I had a warranty I told her I did not remember. She told me I did not and then they both stared at me like I should leave now. They gave me no help in trying to locate another lens or to buy another pair of glasses. I’ve been going there for 15 years. I told him this was a hell of a way to get rid of a long-term customer. The older lady behind the counter has always been rude she could care less whether she talks to you or not. If I see her again I will tell her that. I do like the optometrist she is very nice and has been helping me for years. At least a place like LensCrafters stands behind their glasses even if you have warranty or not. And noticed the caned responses to all the bad reviews. I’m gonna make a bet I don’t get called back.“

“I love Dr. Trevino and i highly recommend him to anyone I speak with. But i do not recommend his optical at all! I have a $400 pair of glasses that I cannot use. They are not set right (the Progressive lens) and when i took them back a day later the girl said that they are right and that all i have to do is put my head back to see from the bottom (really? Mine neck hurts from trying to see) then a week later my lens got so scratched up so I took them back. I was told that I need to take better care of my glasses. I paid extra for scratch resistant. They fixed the lens but a week later my lens are scratched up again. I really do not understand why? I keep them in the case YOU gave me!! I give up and decided to buy over the counter readers. I honestly will not be back.“

“So i came here about a year ago and had a horrible experience… came back to give it one more shot and was greeted with warm welcoming smiles by Michelle s ! She helped me set up an appointment for a later date with all the information i needed with no questions left because she broke it down for me and gave me all the information i would possibly need ! Went back for my appointment where Lo’Shern Diaz greeted me again ! He explained the process to me and helped me with my exam where i was greeted by Sherlyn V for the exam ! I have to say they definitely made me feel very comfortable and i 1000/10 recommend going to this office ! i went to pick up my order where i was greeted by Lo’Shern again and yet again was so welcoming and very very helpful ! This place is filled with awesome staff! Keep up the great work“
