My Name is James Trahand and I'm from California , and To make a very long story rather short . Fails Service Garage is the one of the most dependable mechanic shops I have ever had to use.. Me and my family was driving from Californian to Florida last month and my truck broke down sight seeing in the Golden Triangle .. I drive a 2011 Ford F-150 and a timing actuator has gone out ..With the help of a local wrecker service thru AAA We had called around to a few of the other mechanic shops in the Groves Texas area , and was told we was looking at a day or two and maybe three days down time for the repair because of everything involved in the repair . And then the wrecker driver handed me a business card for Fails Service Garage, and his exact words was: The mechanic of this place has been here for 24 years and is very dependable, but they do not advertise, even tho it has a New Owner it has an honest mechanic and there is not many of those in the Golden Triangle . His name is Wesley Baber ... Let me tell you people something . This mechanic and this shop was so nice to us and made us feel like family . Wes even helped us get a hotel room and took us to it while they worked on my truck . It was 2 p.m. when they started on my repairs and Fails Service Garages lead mechanic completed the job on time and changed out both timing actuators and new timing parts and completed my repairs so we could get back on the road on our family road trip. Now, I have never heard of any mechanic shop I know of doing this for a customer .. These people are Awesome .. Words cannot justify the Happiness; they gave us getting us back on the road ... We took our cat, who had an infection in her mouth and eyes, and they squeezed us in without an appointment. She received 2 shots, eye drops and a followup appointment in 2 weeks. Satisfied all around so far

Went for my first tattoo at age 52. Two of my best friends accompanied me for their first tattoo as well. Yvette took on mine and my best friends matching foot butterflies. I have waited until it healed to write the review to give a thorough review. This place is the best! Clean shop and beautiful work. Everything healed and looks phenomenal. The shading and the realistic actual artwork was above any expectations. We are already planning our next experience at Billet.

My regular veterinarian couldn't see my cat I thought she had been poisoned. They recommended Groves I called they took her right away and even stayed instead of going to lunch to wait for me. Turns out she had FPV they treated her and I went back for 3 days in a row and they were very attentive. Unfortunately I had to have her put down along with another cat that had contracted it. They were very respectful and made me feel at peace. They didn't charge me a arm and a leg thank God because I didn't have a lot . I highly recommend them. Their staff is wonderful the doctor I saw was wonderful (he was older I can't remember his name). And please make sure your cats indoors and out have been vaccinated for distemper (FPV) it is not part of normal kitten shots! And needs to be boosted yearly, this disease killed 13 cats in my neighborhood including indoor cats!
