Brown Plumbing found the reason that my water bill was $200 a month for several months in a row.Built in 1950, my Lakeshore Drive home had a hot water leak under the slab. After locating the leak, Brown Plumbing also discovered an existing drainage issue with a rusted through compromised galvanized kitchen drain pipe.This complicated fix became a TOP PRIORITY for Jared and Mark (both Master Plumbers) at Brown Plumbing because our family gathering was just a few days away. I called Brown Plumbing due to my moms vacant home having a very high water bill so Daniel and another young man came out and found one of the toilets had a leak and replace all the parts . We all figured that was the problem but later that day the meter was still showing a leak so I called back and later that evening Mark called me and said he will be coming out to check .Mark was the sweetest man that worked and worked to find that leak he even went and checked on days I couldn’t meet him I can’t express the Customer service he provided for us . Had an emergency job on Father's day and it was scorching in the attic! Daniel and Josh showed up and did an awesome job finding the broken cast iron and rerouting the condensate drain. They remained calm, professional, informative, and courteous throughout the entire time. Will definitely use them again!
